Important Information’s:
  • If your itinerary or confirmation email shows that you booked a Basic Economy or Light fare, your reservation cannot be changed. For other types of fares, you may proceed to submit your request
  • Date/Route/Airport change may incur airlines penalties, fare difference & admin fee
  • Once the request is submitted, our support team will contact you within 24hrs.

Yes, there may be airline fees (change fees, fare differences) and, in some cases, our Mundo Trip service fees. Mundo Trip will clearly outline all applicable fees before processing your amendment.

This depends on the airline's policies. Mundo Trip recommend initiating your amendment as early as possible to increase your chances of securing your preferred changes.

You will typically need your booking reference number, passenger name(s), and details of the desired changes (date, time, destination).

In almost all cases, flight tickets are non-transferable. This means you cannot give or sell your ticket to someone else.
