Baggage allowances vary significantly by airline, route, and fare class. Mundo Trip recommend checking the specific airline's website for the most accurate and up-to-date information. Your e-ticket confirmation may also contain some baggage information.

Airline baggage fees are available on the airline's official website. These fees can change, so it's always best to check directly with the airline.

No, baggage fees are paid directly to the airline, either during online check-in or at the airport. We do not process baggage fees.

If your baggage is lost or delayed, you must report it immediately to the airline's baggage claim office at the arrival airport. The airline is responsible for handling baggage issues.

You will need your baggage claim tag, your flight details, and your contact information.

While we cannot directly track your baggage, we can provide you with the airline's contact information and baggage tracking reference number (if available). The airline is the only entity that can track bags.

If your baggage is damaged, you must report it to the airline's baggage claim office at the arrival airport before leaving the baggage claim area.
