We’re committed to offering the best prices. If you find a lower price on the same day on booking made from US point of sale, you may be eligible for a refund of the price difference or a full cancellation refund—subject to the conditions below.

 Same-Day Claim Deadline

• Claims must be submitted on the same calendar date as your booking, before 10.30 PM EST
• Claims submitted between 10.31 PM–11.49 PM EST are not valid.
  
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Applies only to identical flight or holiday packages available for instant booking on a major US based OTA website & booking made from US point of sale (see list below).
• Flights: Must match airline, route, dates, cabin, baggage, and extras.
• Vacation packages: Must match travel dates, duration, hotel, room type, board, number of travelers, and inclusions.
  
  

 How to Claim

• Call our website toll-free number before 10.30 PM EST on the day of booking.
• Claims via email or alternate numbers will not be accepted.
• The cardholder must submit the claim and provide full booking details.
  
  

Proof Required

• A screenshot or active URL showing the lower price on a qualifying US OTA site (in USD) must be provided for verification.
• The lower rate must be publicly available and not linked to promo codes, memberships, auctions, student/military fares, or “opaque” deals.
  
  

Exclusions

• Bulk, consolidator, reward, or negotiated fares
• Sites requiring logins or loyalty access
• Errors, expired links, and unpublished fares
  
  

 Why Same-Day Only?

Airline and hotel prices fluctuate frequently. We can only guarantee a match if the claim is made on the same day—as rates may change the next day and your booking locks in the price paid.
