Although Qatar Airways' latest route additions do not operate directly to the United States, they still benefit American travelers flying through the airline's Doha hub. On July 15, the carrier resumed daily flights from Doha to Tokyo Haneda and Doha to Helsinki, restoring two important long-haul routes that had previously been suspended. These services improve onward connections for passengers traveling from North America to Japan, Finland and other destinations across Europe and Asia through Qatar Airways' global network and its oneworld alliance partners.
