Several of the country's busiest airports are progressing with significant modernization projects. Los Angeles International Airport is continuing its multibillion-dollar redevelopment program, which includes terminal renovations, roadway improvements and the SkyLink automated people mover designed to make traveling through LAX faster and more convenient. Sacramento International Airport is advancing its SMForward expansion program, adding new gates, improving terminal facilities, expanding parking and enhancing ground transportation. Meanwhile, George Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston continues its large-scale terminal redevelopment project to improve international passenger facilities, while Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport is also investing in long-term infrastructure improvements to support future passenger growth at one of the world's busiest airports.
